　　1、在安裝(zhuang)過程中(zhong)，為防止(zhǐ)雜物落(luo)入機器(qì)内，機組(zǔ)的所有(you)孔眼均(jun)應蓋好(hǎo)。1, during the installation process, so as to prevent debris into the machine, all perforation should cover of the unit.

　　2、在接好(hǎo)管路及(ji)确定電(dian)動機轉(zhuan)動方向(xiàng)後，再接(jie)上聯軸(zhóu)器，并再(zài)校核一(yī)遍軸的(de)同心度(dù)。2, good on the line and determine the direction of motor rotation, and coupling is connected, check it again and shaft concentricity.

　　3、校正泵(beng)軸和電(dian)機軸的(de)同心度(du)，在聯軸(zhóu)大路外(wai)圓上，允(yun)許偏差(chà)0.1毫米；兩(liang)聯軸器(qi)平面的(de)間隙應(yīng)保證2～4毫(háo)米，（小泵(beng)取小值(zhí)）間隙要(yào)均勻，允(yǔn)差0.3毫米(mǐ)。3, calibration of pump shaft and motor shaft concentricity, cylindrical, along the road in coupling allowable deviation of 0.1 mm;In the plane of the two coupling gap should guarantee 2 ~ 4 mm, small little pump (in value) clearance wants even, tolerance of 0.3 mm.

　　4、将機組(zu)放在埋(mai)有地腳(jiǎo)螺栓的(de)基礎上(shang)，在底座(zuò)與基礎(chu)之間，用(yòng)成對的(de)楔墊用(yong)校正用(yong)。4, put the unit in buried with anchor bolt, on the basis of between the base and foundation, with pairs of wedge cushion with correction.

　　5、為防止(zhi)管線中(zhōng)雜物進(jin)入泵内(nei)，對新安(an)裝的管(guǎn)線，在泵(bèng)膠應裝(zhuāng)設⛹🏻‍♀️過濾(lü)器，其有(you)效截面(mian)應大于(yu)吸入管(guǎn)截🔆面的(de)2～3倍。5, in order to prevent debris into the pump in the pipeline, pipeline of new installation glue should be installed in the pump filters, the effective cross section should be greater than the suction pipe section 2 ~ 3 times.

　　6、松開(kāi)聯軸大(da)，用水平(píng)儀分别(bie)放在泵(beng)軸和底(dǐ)座上，通(tōng)過調整(zheng)楔墊，校(xiào)正機組(zu)水平，适(shi)當擰緊(jin)地腳螺(luo)栓，以防(fáng)走⛹🏻‍♀️動。6, loose coupling, use level on the pump shaft and base, respectively, by adjusting the wedge cushion, correction unit level, tighten the anchor bolts, just in case.

　　7、在(zài)機組實(shi)際試運(yùn)行2～3小時(shi)後，作最(zuì)後檢查(chá)，如無不(bú)良現象(xiang)，則認為(wéi)安裝合(he)格。
